Taming My Dotfiles with GNU Stow

For the longest time, my dotfiles were an afterthought. I, unlike most developers, was pretty happy with the default configurations of my tools. Setting up a new machine was a tedious manual process (albeit often quite therapeutic) of reinstalling everything and tweaking a few settings from memory. It worked, but it was far from efficient.

I'd heard of dotfile management and even attempted to use Chezmoi a few times, but I found the workflow a bit too complex for my taste. I needed something simpler, more intuitive. That's when I discovered GNU Stow, and found a happy medium.

Hello World!

Welcome to my new blog! 🎉

I've been thinking about starting a blog for a while now... and I've finally gotten around to setting one up. I'm excited to have somewhere to share my thoughts and experiences more publicly.
